You can't beat the versatility of a good oul' Smoothie Bowl 👍 Healthy as a horse can be modified to suit everyone's taste. The most important thing I find is to always have a stash of either frozen avocado or banana and you're in business. Whizz it up, grab a big spoon and horse that health into ya 💪

ingredients:

A Vegan Chocolate Protein Smoothie Bowl
  • 1 chopped frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup organic almond milk (60ml)
  • 3-4 Ice Cubes
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
Additional Toppings
  • Chopped strawberry
  • Mixed seeds
  • Coconut shavings
  • Cocoa nibs
  • Banana chips
  • Anything goes 👍

How to cook 'The Big Bowl of Health' Smoothie Bowl

  1. Shlap all the ingredients in a blender (I use a NutriBullet) 
  2. Whizz it up until it reaches a smooth consistency
  3. Add extra almond milk if mixture is too thick and whiz again. 
  4. Lob on your favourite toppings
  5.  Bob's your uncle and Sally’s... my daughter 🤣
