This vegan pesto is the business. As good and if not better than the real thing! Absolutely savage on pizza or mixed in with some pasta. Simple to make and nutritious too πŸ’ͺ Throw all the ingredients in the Nutribullet (or equivilant) and 'Hey Pesto', Bob's your uncle and Sally's... my daughter πŸ‘

  • 60g of Pine Nuts
  • 40g of Walnuts
  • 60ml of Water
  • 60ml of Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp of crushed Garlic
  • 2 tbsp of Lemon Juice
  • 20g of Nutritional Yeast
  • 20g of fresh Basil
  • 15g of fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp of Pepper
