ingredients:

  • 1 cup of plain flour (125 g)
  • 2 tablespoons organic sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Β½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (240 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Vegan Nutella pre frozen and cut into disc shapes (2 inch approx diameter)

How to cook Vegan Stuffed Chocolate Pancakes

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl 
  2. Add milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla and stir well 
  3. Let sit for 5mins (this will begin to curdle like buttermilk)
  4. Place 1/4 cup of mix on medium hot pan
  5. Add pre frozen disc of Vegan Nutella (I used the Happy Pears 'Nuts about Choc' 
  6. Then cover with pancake mix until sealed around edges
  7. Flip when starts to bubble
  8. Tooooooooo easy πŸ‘
